the unhealthy week




Soo My healthy week turned into really unhealthy. I just been eating so bad , im such a emotional eater and I eat alot during evenings. Almost binging , maybe it is that? Im deff a food addict. Thinking about food almost 24/7 , Feels like I never gonna shred this weight off😥. I so want to look what I used to be in 2017. 10 kg less. 22 pounds less.  Im just running out of ideas. Maybe I should go to a dietitian? Just one time to see what she/he says. 

Sometimes Im just so frustrating with people. They dont seem any intrested to check up on me. Are they friends or not? Maybe not.... 😟
